- Balance and closing costs are due 30 days from seller acceptance.

SALE METHOD: Buyers’ Choice by the lot.
How ‘Buyers Choice by the lot’ works:
- Buyer’s choice may be offered when more than one lot is being auctioned.
- Successful high bidder wins the right to choose one or more lots from a grouping of similar or like-kind properties.
- After high bidder selection, the lot is deleted from the group and the bidding commences again.
- This process continues until all lots are sold.
- When sold by the lot, the high bid is multiplied by the number of lots selected by the high bidder.
