Remote bidding options remain available and the CJ Auctions team has effectively adapted our live-auction format to abide by local health guidelines and employ CDC best practices while executing real estate transations. Here’s how:
- LIVE AUCTION: Bid from your vehicle. As you arrive on-site, our staff will provide you with bidding instructions and direct you where to park so that you are able to participate in the auction as we all abide by local distancing guidelines.
- REMOTE BIDDING: Telephone bidding available for this auction. Contact CJ Auctions at (918) 550-8118 to arrange. Note that individuals remote bidding must wire a deposit at least 48-hours prior to auction. Deposit must be 10% of opening bid amount (minimum $10,000) to be fully authorized to bid online.
