Our offices are open and fully operational. As we move business forward, safety is our primary concern.

Remote bidding options remain available and the CJ Auctions team has effectively adapted our live-auction format to abide by local health guidelines and employ CDC best practices while executing real estate transactions. These options are:

  • DRIVE-IN AUCTION: ‘Drive-in’ and bid from your vehicle. As you arrive on-site, our staff will provide you with bidding instructions and direct you where to park so that you are able to participate in the auction as we all abide by local distancing guidelines.
  • ONLINE AUCTION*: Online bidding is available for many of our auctions. Simply register via our online auction platform and place your bidding deposit prior then bid live via any internet-connnected device.
  • CALL-IN AUCTION:  ‘Call-in’ and bid from your home or office. Call-in bidding must be arranged in advance and a deposit is required at least 48-hours prior to auction. Deposit must be 10% of opening bid amount (minimum $10,000). We recommend contact CJ Auction offices at (918) 550-8118 at least 7 business days in advance to make arrangements.
